    The hardest for me is eat slowly. As a teacher, lunch time is always a rush. Breakfast is in the car on the way to school. Dinner is the only relaxed meal of the day.

    I have Fribromyalga & Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. I’ve been doing a lot of research and definitely need to change my eating habits to feel better. So it’s intention for 2014.
