I know a lot about nutrition but often find it difficult to choose the foods that I know are good/healthy for me.
When I'm angry or upset, I think, "I don't care what I eat. It doesn't matter if it is healthy or not."
When I see something tasty to eat, I eat it and then find myself later regretting it and saying, "Why did I just eat that? I didn't even really want it."
When I have a craving for something (e.g., salt, chocolate), it is very difficult for me not to answer it right away. I might even get frustrated if I don't have it.
